CONTRASTS
Contrasts have always fascinated me a lot. The biggest contrast to me is what we contain within ourselves. That is maybe why people play the central role in my works. Contrast makes life more active. We all have these ups and downs - I have ups and downs and I try to use these very characteristic moments in my works. I associate colours with situations which i would like to express. I see variations of moments which draw me into more vivid lines, colours and shapes, or on the contrary to static forms. They are stages which belong to every day activity - order and disorder, happiness or sadness, calmness or activity. They are familiar to us all as people. It is important for me to search for the universality of the human condition.
